Consultation

Clinical Psychological Counseling

Clinical psychological counseling is a time-limited offer designed for individuals facing an acute life challenge or important decision and seeking orientation, relief, or concrete clarification — without a mental disorder being the primary concern.

The focus lies on gaining a shared understanding of the current situation, identifying influencing factors and possibilities, and developing realistic next steps. Counseling may also involve the provision of relevant information (e.g., coping with stress, developmental questions in children, dynamics within the family system).

Counseling can also include family members — for example, parents when children show difficulties in school, social environments, or within the family context.
